An information sheet is available at the park office with all the requirements. Most problems are in setting up your computer and vary with operating system and equipment. Most residents get on quick and enjoy continuous Wi Fi wireless high speed service.
The park office can have you on line by registering your unit's MAC or Physical address. Our experienced IT person on property can help you as well as Best Buy's "Geek Squad" or Circuit City's "Fire Dog". Our IT expert will help you for as little as $10.00 depending on work necessary.
If you are not Wi Fi ready we may have some of the wireless cards or USB connections ready in the office.
