Unit 239 has a concrete patio, shade tree, and open back yard. Sunsets are great from this back yard. This thirty-one foot long unit offers comforts only found in larger units.

It is fully equipped with a large shower, double bed, sofa (opens to bed) and easy chair. The living area and bedroom are smartly decorated with plenty of storage to keep the home uncluttered. The bed is walk around for easy entry and housekeeping.
The kitchen offers a table for four, coffee maker, microwave, four burner stove with oven, and shelves to hold table service for at least four. The cookware is in the lower cabinets. Places for spices etc. and other detail can be seen by clicking to get a larger picture.
A walk around double bed with a sliding mirror door covering an eight foot wide hanging closet with a top shelf. Reading lights and storage above the head end of the bed make for a comfortable and convenient bed room.
The Queen size bed has plenty room for the pillows. You can walk about 1/2 way to the head leaving the bed much easier to make than those against a wall on one side or the other. The windows and overhead light give ample light for reading. An individual A/C unit cools the room.
The living room with beautiful baby blue furniture, stained glass doors on the cabinets, window covers, plus individual reading lights is great for sitting or just laying around. The TV is viewed from either the sofa bed or easy chair.
