The home is located under a large Ash Tree with two gardens and a soft carpet grass lawn. The two Washington Palms frame the unit nicely. The spacious living room glass patio sliding door opens to the covered patio. One parking place is provided at the front of the home. Two window A/C units provide summer cooling with the bedroom unit on a remote. Extensive remodeling late 2003 included flooring of carpet and tile, curtains, and many new pieces of furniture. See the photos below for an easy lived in look for the whole home.
The new sofa and love seat with burgundy curtains match nicely. The rose-colored carpet and white ceiling keep the room bright. The burgundy easy chair and coffee table by the sofas make for relaxing in style. A TV with cable and a remote can put you in dreamland. The sofa hide-a-bed adds sleeping for another two for a total of six adults.
The Kitchen is spacious with windows on both sides and a counter top separation from the Living Room area. This kitchen is fully equipped for six people. Plates and service for six plus cooking ware for the electric stove and oven can feed six people. Microwave, toaster, and coffee pot are for your use. Four dinning chairs and two bar stools provide sitting while eating. Self-defrosting refrigerator freezer keeps your food and drinks cold.

The back bedroom with a window airconditioner has a kingsize bed. A dresser plus a ten foot long wall clothes closet has plenty of room. One door opens directly to the bathroom while the other opens to the hall way.
The bathroom has a handicap comode, lavatory, medicine cabinet, mirror, tub, shower, wall closet, and more storage. A window above the tub and shower give an open feeling. Two doors with one to the hall and one to the master bed room make it very accessable.
The middle Bedroom is equipped with a double bed, night stand, lamp, and wall closet. The bedroom door opens to the hallway and has its own window.
