Rental unit rv, parkmodel, & mobile homes accommodations are fully furnished with kitchens and patios. All the units have yards, trees, and parking for at least one car. Cable TV, phone, sofas, microwave, coffee makers, televisions with remotes, and air conditioning make for comfortable lodging. Making Rio worthy for a vacation, winter visit, or destination in Brownsville, Texas. A table setting for at least four with pots, pans, and skillets equip the kitchens.
Visit South Padre Island, Harlingen, Port Isabel, Weslaco, McAllen, and Mission Texas plus Matamoros and Progreso, Mexico from Brownsville. Also you can visit San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Austin, Houston, and/or Galvestion on your trip to or from Brownsville.
We ask you furnish personal items like pillows and towels or make other arrangements through our office for them. We have a selection of pictures for each unit to help you visualize the unit you are renting. A minimum of a three day period is requested. The rental rates are for two and are below and on the Reservations and Rates page. All units are non-smoking and a pet deposit of $125.00 for damage or odor.

Mobile Home - Unit 1_________________________________________________________
Mobile Home on lot one has a nice size living room with plenty of windows. The windows are low leaving a very open feeling while lounging in an Easy Chair, Sofa, or sofa hid-a-bed. A coffee table, lamps, and color tv make this room very enjoyable. The kitchen has a serving counter, electric range & oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dinning table, and chairs. The bath room has a handicap comode, tub shower combo, plenty of storage space, plus a lavatory. The main bedroom is equiped with a kingsize bed, full wall closet, and a dresser. The middle bedroom has a double bed, bed side table, and closet. Outside a patio cover at the entry door is a place to enjoy the best weather in Texas.
Park Model - Unit 224_________________________________________________________
The park model on lot 224 has a full patio and storage building. It over looks a Butterfly Garden on the north side of the swimming pool. It is fully equiped plus a tub (small) with shower, queen bed, sofa and easy chair. The living area and bed room are nicely appointed. Tip outs in the bedroom and living room make for a roomy unit. The bay window in the front facing East with a full sliding glass door gives an open feeling. You can use the covered patio to park and play or just play.
Studio Style - Unit 237_________________________________________________________
Conveniently located with open interior and sunset view from your easy chair. Fully equipped unit and kitchen. Enjoy a tropical setting with a palm tree in front with Papaya and Citrus trees in the back. An East deck with roof can be used any time. A spacious living area, dining table for two to four, kitchen, and semi-private sleeping area for a unit openness like a studio bungalow. This RV Park Model combination is very attractive inside as the inside photos show. The baby blue in the living area and kitchen with the wood cabinets and their etched glass door make for a very nice look. The kitchen comes loaded with microwave, coffee pot, stove, spice racks, and table for four. The bedroom has a double bed with room to walk on three sides and an end wall to wall closet separated by two large sliding mirror doors. Above the doors is another storage area. The bath has enough space for two and a large shower that fits most tall people. Click on the photo to see the inside room by room.

RV Camper Rental____________________________________________________________

RV Camper air conditioned and heat, full kitchen, full bath with small tub, Cable TV, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, oven, service for four, and three tip out double beds. The lot will have a patio or deck plus around 70 channels of cable tv. Click for interior pictures. Camper RV 305.2
Mobile Home One has window air conditioning, two bedrooms, patio, and storage building. The living room is very nice with a sleeper sofa and love seat. A spacious kitchen to handle six, second bedroom with double bed, a full bath, and king bed in master bedroom.
Park Model 224 is a poolside unit with full patio with under cover parking and storage building. It has a full kitchen, hide-a-bed, TV, VCR, dinning table, easy chair with stool, and a nice view of the pool.

* Metered Electric charges apply. By Texas Law no electric deposit is allowed. The rate charged is the average rate of a 12 month period. Any under or over charge can be applied to future billings with limits. KWH charges were about $.14 but we anticipate an increase in 2008/9 due to increased fuel cost. Increases were aggressively fought working with the local power company to get the smallest possible charge.
