You can see the whole park from rv sites occupied and facilities just by clicking around. Due to popular demand our site samples now include almost all park mobile home and RV lots. See pictures of lots with RVs on them, buildings, and facilities. We want to give you the best possible idea of how your unit would fit and our total facility. Also, you will see all sites have room for your RV, tow or pull vehicle, awning, and slide outs. All sites have Cable TV (70+ Channels), patios, sewer, and water. Monthly and seasonal rates are available with metered electric, 30 and/or 50 amps, while electric is included on daily and weekly stays.

The one thing you can count on, we have gone the extra mile to give you a visual of what you are buying. Some of the links continue to be developed. These lot pictures were taken the first part of March 2005 after our 2004 Christmas day snow and two to five months of being occupied. The snow was our first measurable snow fall in Brownsville since Valentines Day 1895.

We offer 10 + pull through sites. A 45 foot unit will be crowded, but it will fit most of the pull through sites. It has all the amenities as the others; however the patios may not fit. We also provide escort parking at arrival. The parking helps to insure you the easiest safest parking possible. Propane is delivered daily to your site.
